Steve Boyle’s unique life experiences and desire to be “a life-long helper” has led him to being a co-founder of Dorm Room Coaching and Counseling (DRCC). As a former Division 1 athlete born to Irish immigrants, Steve has taught, coached and counseled throughout the United States. His diverse background in teaching, working with children with cancer, athletic coaching, college advising, public speaking and counseling makes him one of the most well-rounded Life Coaches in the industry.    The happily married father of three daughters is an entrepreneur who has unique experiences in both the private and public sector and an incredible wealth of experiences that he draws upon in all of his work.  His “No Regrets” approach to his work with clients has touched literally thousands throughout the U.S.

Besides working directly with clients at DRCC, Steve also trains and supervises all of our coaches along with his partner, Marc Lehman.  Like Marc, Steve always take a solution focused approach to his coaching and counseling and that approach permeates the work at DRCC.

Steve is also the Founder/Director of 2-4-1 Sports, whose flagship program is held at the Kingswood Oxford School in West Hartford, Connecticut but now has locations throughout the United States.  2-4-1 was recently recognized by the Aspen Institute in Washington, DC as one of 8 model programs in the United States for its approach to anti-specialization in youth sports.  This led Steve to form the National Association of Physical Literacy – of which he is now Advisory Board Chair. Lastly, Steve is a founding member of the Quality Coaching Collective – an international group of activators around sport, movement and mindfulness.
